These terms cover the use of this website and the quote requests made through it. Speedriver Pressure Washing is a sole proprietorship operated by Johnathon McIntosh in Guelph, Ontario.
What this website is
It describes the services offered and gives you a way to get in touch. Everything on it is provided in good faith and kept as accurate as possible, but it is a description of a service, not a contract.
Quotes
A quote given over the phone, by text or by email is an estimate based on what you have described. The final price is confirmed once the surface has actually been seen, because size and condition are what drive the cost. Nothing is charged and no work starts until you have agreed to a price.
Prices, availability and the services listed here can change. Booking, scheduling, payment and cancellation are agreed directly between you and Johnathon at the time, and those arrangements are what govern the job.
What pressure washing can and cannot do
Cleaning removes dirt, moss, algae and general build-up. It cannot reverse permanent damage. Staining that has soaked into porous stone, faded or oxidised surfaces, spalling concrete, rotten wood and existing cracks or loose material will still be there afterwards, and cleaning can sometimes make pre-existing damage easier to see.
If there is anything fragile, loose, or unusual about the surface, or anything on your property that needs to be avoided, tell Johnathon before the work starts.
Responsibility
The work is carried out with reasonable care and skill. To the extent the law allows, Speedriver Pressure Washing is not responsible for loss or damage arising from pre-existing defects, from surfaces that were already failing, or from information about the property that was not passed on beforehand. Nothing in these terms removes any rights you have under Ontario consumer protection law.
Using the form
Please send genuine enquiries only, and only about property you own or are entitled to arrange work for. The form is not to be used for marketing, automated submissions, or anything unlawful. What happens to the information you send is set out in the Privacy Policy.
Content on this site
The Speedriver name, the badge, the wording and the photographs belong to Speedriver Pressure Washing, except where they are credited to someone else. Please do not reuse them without asking. Links to other websites, such as news coverage, are provided for interest; their content is not ours and we are not responsible for it.
Availability
The site is provided as it is. It may occasionally be unavailable for maintenance or for reasons outside anyone's control. If you need an answer quickly, phone or text rather than relying on the form.
Changes
These terms may be updated. The date at the top of the page shows when that last happened, and the version published here is the one that applies.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the laws of Canada that apply in it.
